The house in the south of Munich was originally designed as an office building. This means floor tanks, dedicated lighting and other factors that make sense in an office but are disturbing in a residential property. We were able to change the character of the house by 180° through a natural choice of materials and the integration of modern lighting technology.
The outdoor areas were also our responsibility and were completely redesigned in cooperation with experienced landscape gardeners.
