This property is located at a Bavarian lake and has a history of more than 100 years. The challenge in this project was also to integrate an extension, which was originally intended as a second, separate living area, into the original house. Through small structural changes and the redefinition of room purposes, two individual living areas were transformed into one spacious house.
The technical equipment was brought up to the current state of the art. Air-conditioned bedrooms, a steam bath and a sauna were integrated into the property and make it a real dream at the lake.
